1.BECOME A MEMBER
Download a copy of our membership application and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Read the agreement/application before sending in your forms.
Our membership contract is for one full calendar year or two events annually. By signing the contract you agree to participate in each day of giving whether you are able to attend the event or not. You will be obligated to contribute $100.00 to the chosen charity at each given day ($200.00 per year) which will take place in February and October of each year. If you have questions, contact us with the form below and we'll do our best to answer your questions.
2.REGISTER FOR EVENT
There is no admission fee for our events but you are required to register as a member to attend the meeting or to be eligible to nominate a local charity. Please fill out the membership form above and send it in prior to the event, then complete the registration form below.
